O2 charging me for picture messages I haven't sent

I've just gone on the O2 site to check my monthly bill. It's due out on the 5th. Under 'messages' it says I have £4.08 worth of charges for picture messages.

10 in total, 9 of these were all supposedly made on 16th in the space of 2 minutes.

Having just gone through my phone, and of the 10, only 1 I made. They're charging me for ones I haven't.

Has this happened to anyone else? I'm in town tomorrow so I'm going to go in to the shop to have it out with them.

I use standard emojis that are on my phone i don't use any others. They don't charge me for the standard ones. If they did I assure you my bill would be sky high :D

That 1 message they charged me for was the first time I realised i got charged for them, so i stopped. Any pics i send now i do so via facebook messenger and not txt.

"You might be charged for a picture message (MMS) when you thought you’d sent a text (SMS). This could be because your text has turned into a picture message.

A text might turn into a picture message because:
there are pictures or attachments in the message
you’ve included a symbol, emoticon or emoji
    you’re sending a group text
    the message is too long
the message has a subject line
    you’re texting an email address.
This can happen on any network and is beyond our control. Your phone will usually tell you if it’s converting a text message into a picture message"

I read that. Nothing there applies to any of the txts i sent on the date it states. I'm going in to the shop tomorrow anyway so i'll speak to them.
