my job role is being made redundant and im yet to receive any information.
I curious as to how much pay i would receive?
My job role started in June 2011, i was full time up until April 2016 as i had 9 months off for maternity leave therefore returned park time.
How would they work this out?
5 full years of continuous service. at full time i was on 19,000
now im on 8500 at part time
im 24 years old

check your contract / policy at work for what ratio you are paid at0

It doesn't matter how long you were full time. Redundancy pay is based on your current pay.0

Hi,
I agree with sangie595 but it also depends on company! If you are working for small firm then you can negotiate them!0 -
Small firms are less likely to have any room to negotiate - they don't have the amount of money a larger one has, and redundancies in small firms tend to be because they don't have enough money in the first place! Redundancy pay is set down in law, and some firms may have policies that offer everyone a better deal, but negotiating redundancy pay is exceptionally rare.0

Which doesn't answer the OP's question.
Quick calculation in my head and I think you will get around £800.
