Do you think defence is adequate?
- They left no PCN on the car
- The photos they sent do not show any signage at all and could be anywhere
- The second photo does not even have my registration plate on it
- I was abroad at the time (I can prove it) and so the driver was unclear
- I asked Gladstones to provide the evidence they had (details of the charge, Notice to Drive, contract etc with the landowner etc). Gladstones refused to provide me with any details so I don't know the details of the alleged offence

That does not look like any other Gladstones defence on here. It is far too short, no statement of truth, not set out in formal terms as recommended in bargepole's posts and doesn't attack the Gladstones add-ons nor even mention the POFA Schedule 4 non-compliance. Did you search & read plenty of other Gladstones defences first? If not then you need to; you can copy & adapt one (but please do not read only one!).
Try keywords and search this board only for: 'Gladstones incoherent' or 'Gladstones roboclaims'
And salmosalaris will have been able to advise you, did you reply?
