Currently have a hudl 2 last few days it's really been playing up and I rely on it due to ill health.
It's freezing, apps stop running, not operating properly etc I keep needing to turn off and on again just to unfreeze and sometimes even turning off not working properly. When streaming the sound is literally up and down too.
Now I appreciate I've had it a couple years and honestly tech in my opinion is not designed to last.
Where I am lucky is its happened in Black Friday week and my money not too bad at the moment so I've taken the plunge (I'm not confident with this kind of thing) and ordered a kindle fire.
So I guess 2/3 questions
Is this a common issue with the hudl 2? I can't find any information online other than the (frankly rubbish and out of date) Tesco tech pages. And the odd comment on other consumer sites but the comments 1+ years old. And is there anything I can do to get it working at least a bit better at least until the kindle arrives? I'd rather not do a full reset if possible given when I've done that before it's really time consuming and tricky and doesn't massively improve things and has even resulted in apps that WERE working not working after the reset.
Also is the kindle easy to use/set up? I think it's clear that I'm not good at tech and I just wanna do pretty basic stuff (email, streaming, social media, online shopping).
Hopefully one of you more tech savvy people can help/advise? Thanks

Factory reset would be my first step.At least then you know if it works or not before messing up with apps .0
