Probate application, no IHT, how long?

As per my previous post, there my still be claims against the estate after probate, so you may not know until well until after probate has been granted. Afraid you will just have to be patient.0 -

I'd be interested to hear from anyone who has recently applied for grant of probate with IHT how long it took to get grant of probate. Also, if you sent cheques for IHT with your application, were they cashed shortly after submission or just before grant of probate?
