TV License under investigation letter - advice needed

Hi guys,
I today received a letter at my work office stating that our premises is under investigation as we do not have a TV license. I have since realised my stupidity that I have watched sky news live about 3-4 times and didn't realise that any live streams require a license. I am worried that they may have picked up on this. The last time i watched it was probably around 2 months ago. My question is, do they require any further evidence or will they be able to use that record to prosecute? I have done a lot of research and I know they tend to send these letters to scare, but what if I have actually done something wrong here?
 Any advice would be appreciated, I am very worried!

Nope, so you know on the sky news website you can watch their live stream. That's what I meant. 0

you need to google post offices in your area , find one thats open till 9.pm and go and buy a backdated licence NOW
the TV blokes are nasky , they will kidnap your children and drown youir puppies if you don,t
now the sensible answer:
remove the TV and make an online declaration that no TV is being watched at that addressSave a Rachael

ofcourse I will, like I said I haven't in months. My question is supposedly I ignored all letters and they took me to court, do they have evidence that on xx date at xx time live TV was watched from this ip address for 10 mins etc?0

I would be inclined to ignore their letter if you don't actually have a TV.
If they really want to waste their time "investigating" you then that will be their choice.
If they ask you any questions then decline to answer as they are simply ordinary citizens and you do not have any more obligation to answer their questions than you would to answer questions to any random member of the public that visited your premises. In fact you have no obligation to even invite them in.0 -
I had one of these the other day, despite filling out a declaration.
I wonder if they're giving all properties a blast?0
