Taking down a shed. Is it a tough task?

Hey guys,
I've got an old shed advertised on a recycling site. It's for free but whoever wants it has to dismantle it themselves. I've had a few enquiries and have made it clear that they have to take it down themselves which they all seem okay with. However, I just wondering if anyone has any experience with this and whether it was something that could be messed up? Rather not be left with an eye sore

I've dismantled a couple of sheds (one to be moved and one to be scrapped) and learnt a couple of things.
Firstly, if only one person turns up to do the job, don't let them do it.
It will take at least 2 people to safely get the roof off and possibly more if it's a 1 piece design.
If one person attempt it, they may well end up seriously hurting themselves and although at that stage it will be their shed, it will still be on your property.
Secondly. If there are any glass windows, either remove the glass totally or cover both sides with plenty of heavy duty plastic and tape. It doesn't take much flexing of the shed for these windows to totally shatter, leaving glass everywhere.0 -
I have dismantled sheds and reassembled them twice when moving property without any problems, as above it helps if you have a friendly assistant.0
