I an only find the one year fix at 2% on their website, but MSE has a thread saying it drops to 1.8% on Friday.

Atom's 2 year FR saver is 2.1%, 3 year 2.2%, 5 year 2.4%

Max £100k with Atom over all their products (1, 2, 3 & 5 year fixes)

We are told applications will have to be made online. I don't think it will be a case of printing off a form from the NS&I web site and posting it if that is what you are referring to.
