We visited this car park on the 5th November and paid for one hour, we left 49 minutes later. As we always do we binned the car park ticket so have no proof and now have received a PCN for non payment.
We know we have paid! The only thing we can think of is that maybe we input the registration incorrectly but how can we prove it?
We were have a check up at Specsavers so no receipt for any purchase either.
How can we proceed should we just pay the £100.00?

Don't make the mistake of assuming your situation is any different from anyone else. It simply doesn't matter to PPCs - All you need to defeat PE is in the Newbies Sticky.0 -
