Car Insurance Named Driver - Confused??!!

I want to add my parents as named drivers but am unsure how to declare a claim of theirs:

Their policy for their vehicle is in my Dad's name and so the claim will be in his name and I have declared it for him, but it was my Mum that was driving when the accident occurred, so do I need to also declare it for her??

I have trawled the internet and can't seem to find an answer, thanks in advance.

You'll need to declare your mums accident.

Both. Mum had an accident, Dad had a claim. That makes them both higher risk.
