British Gas Homecare 200
Can anyone assist,
Last year I had a new boiler fitted by British Gas under the warm front grant scheme, it cost me £250 which included 1 year Homecare 200.
I have not been able to book my annual service as there is no option on line, I have emailed numerous times since 7/11 tried to phone, but cannot hang on the line.
I have eventually contacted someone on Twitter, I have been told on there that the cover I have is for breakdowns for 1 year but not the annual service…
I am in the process of arguing it, has anyone else has a similar issue with BG. I seem to have been given their Homecare 200 cover with a difference..
