Further update to my FOI request to DVLA "Why are UKCPS suspended from KADOE access and for how long"
Information is deemed by DVLA to be exempted under section 31.
This is because their investigation into the conduct of UKCPS is ongoing, and they must be able to carry out those investigations "without prejudice"

Quick update for completion.
Defendant has had verbally via telephone from court that the case is discontinued. I've told him to request same in writing.
Nothing received from UKCPS (shouldn't be surprised I suppose)
Moral of the story is follow the advice in the newbie thread, and complain to the Land owner. When that doesn't work, complain again then complain some more.
