Virgin Have Cut Off Broadband 13 days early

Hi
I am / was in the process of closing down my virgin packages and was set to switch off on 5th December.
Huge problem, they have cut me off today. Currently on hold to them but waiting and waiting.
Does anyone know if they can reconnect me urgently? I can't believe they have done this. I had to phone up to get the date changed from 22nd November and I couldn't help but think the woman I spoke to didn't sound confident about what she was doing. Now I know for sure she didn't know what she was doing!!

I would expect it to be a software disconnection so it should be relatively easy to reconnect. Even if you have been physically disconnected at the exchange it ought to be a relatively straightforward matter to reconnect unless there are no connections available now.0

Technically they can .. Wether their "system" will allow them to is another matter ..
You will need to speak to someone other than the "first line" [strike]person[/strike] robot who answers the phone0 -
They have admitted it was their error and are going to reconnect me within 24 hours from 9am this morning.
No apology and I was on the phone for 56 minutes to get it sorted.0
