POPLA Appeal Fail

(Apologies if this is not the right place to post this - and please direct me to the correct place if that's the case)

Summary: During this summer's hot weather my parking permit fell off my windscreen, and I didnt notice (because I do not check my car every 5 minutes), and received a ticket from Secure a Space. I subsequently appealed to POPLA as it seems to me blatantly unfair that I should be charged £85 for parking in a sunny space. The permit had fallen into the footwell but (IMO) could easily be seen by a warden. They took pictures of every angle ofteh car except the footwell, naturally. Of course, my appeal failed.
Whats my next step please?
Thanks in anticipation

Permit for a residential car park (your home/own space?). Your workplace? Or where?

You won't be paying this but need to come back if they try a (defendable) small claim within 6 years. Nasty long-term harassment, isn't it - but that is NOT a reason to just pay 'for an easy life' (can't stand it when posters say that and can't see that they are funding the scam...!).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
