Good stuff.
If you end up writing a POPLA appeal next week, show us the draft first.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Personally, I would not bother with appeals. You hold all the cards here
Wait and see if they are daft enough to take you to court. If they do, rock up with the passenger, both tell the truth, and ask the court for PROPER compensation for wasting everyones' time. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
UPDATE
Spoke to branch manager @ Wickes retail store today, he has spoke to landowners representative and will see if parking notice can be cancelled.0 -
Still be ready to send in your POPLA appeal - don't let the closing date for your appeal come and you miss the opportunity to do so.
The ticket is only definitely cancelled when you have it in writing from UKPC0 -
UPDATE
well after my moaning and groaning I have it in writing from Wickes and the landowner that the PCN has been cancelled and no further action is needed. Is it still worth chasing UKPC for confirmation...they haven't even replied to my appeal yet!0 -

You have it in writing so who cares what UKPC do ?
Scammers don't like to be beaten
What we are looking for is UKPC to be whooped in court again with their crazy ideas. Not going to happen to you
For you it's over and well done :beer:0 -

Try logging into UKPC's website with your VRN and PCN number to view the photos. It will say if it's cancelled.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
