Can new freeholder sell visitors parking bays

    Well you did say "if these are sold or leased out - presumably the maintenance would fall on the freeholder" which was confusing me and prompted my question

    Yes sorry I meant in terms of long lease or weekly rent

    We have our own designated space which is safeguarded in the terms of the lease. If the freehold is sold, the terms of the lease can't be changed materially.

    Its the undesignated, but useful, visitor spaces which are what may be removed.
