The solicitor recieved the deed and offer from lender and that should have been back to me now. The completion and exchange date was proposed by my solicitor but now wxcha ge is tomorrow and still no deed in the post so i am confused as to why they have said this early if they knew it wasnt going to be this early??? Do t know what todo now. Also another solicitor is dealing with us aswel as the original solicitor (same firm)0

1) your solicitor probobly sees no reason not to Exchange if he's got confirmation of you mortgage offer and confirmation from you of your alance (deposit)
2) why would he 'know it wasn't going to be this soon (early)"? He probobly expected the post to deliver to you at the same time as to him

Tell the solicitor to Exchange subject to his having the confirmation of the mortgage offer that you say he's got.

The solicitors have recieved the deed back and all paperwork including buildings insaurance etc but still have not requested the deposit and completion is meant to be friday 2nd. Is it possible to still complete on this day if its a case of just transferring monies?0
