It logs you into the site, has anybody tried logging out when they finished and hopefully will clear your details
Tried logging out but details still came up when I pressed the link again, so I changed them to a made up one and my info has gone.
Editted to say, I have emailed them to let them know they are displaying personal information. There is something delicious about writing the first words of a story. You never quite know where they'll take you - Beatrix Potter0 -
Have received this response:
Thank you for your email. I have passed this to our technical people to double check. However I can assure you that your information is not available to anyone else and may have been saved on your computer by an automatic cookie. It is only therefore able to be seen on YOUR computer and no other computer.
I am sorry if this caused you concern but rest assured your personal information is secure.
Do I direct them to this thread?

Yes, that's what I didThere is something delicious about writing the first words of a story. You never quite know where they'll take you - Beatrix Potter0 -
Right, I think I've worked out how it's doing it! Basically when you click on register it gives you a unique address in the bar. Try it click on register a few times and it'll change each time!
I think then whatever is in the bar bcomes the page that your details are saved on? I think? Or something like that!
If my theory is correct people can only see you details if they know/click on your particular address (as the the one you got when you clicked on register)! In which case the best bet (for people's privacy) is if people only go straight to the home page and then click on register to register.
I could be completely wrong obviously but I really don't think I am!Comping, freebieing and trying to pay the mortgage off early!0 -
It must still be doing it as I've just seen a Jade & a Dana2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please!
