Just wanted to say I received the POPLA feedback today:
Defence Systems Ltd have told us [STRIKE]they do not wish to contest the Appeal[/STRIKE] there's too many hard words in that Appeal, so we give up. This means that your Appeal is successful and you do not need to pay the parking charge.
So many thanks to Coupon Mad for your help in assisting with this.
