NPE parking ticket and no reply

Hello all, sorry if this has been asked before but can't seem to find anything about it on the forum...
Back in September , we received a parking fine from NPE, normal stuff, not giving us enough time to get to the ticket machine before fining us... usual rubbish.
We have gone through the process of sending in copies of the receipts and parking tickets and have now waited the full 35 days plus some for a reply. We haven't heard a thing.
The question we have is.... what do we do now? Do we just carry on as if it has been cancelled? Do we contact them to find out what's going on? We are now coming upto 35 working days since they received our correspondence.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Do nothing, it's NPE. You won't be paying them so forget about it. Yes you will get more letters - no biggie.gadget1973 wrote: »Hello all, sorry if this has been asked before but can't seem to find anything about it on the forum...

You never wanted to try IAS stage (everyone loses) so not hearing back very quickly when they will reject the appeal out of hand anyway, is unimportant.
Put 'NPE' into this forum board search box!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
