Requesting Funds

Hi so we are on week 12 now and my solicitor rang today said she is requesting funds today as it looks like we will exchange and complete on same day.....
Is that a good sign there requesting funds im so scared it wont happen i know nothing is certain

Solicitor must be pretty confident that exchange and completion is going to happen.
Without the funds they can't complete so it's definitely a good sign!0 -
however by exchanging/completing on the same day, you'll have no certainty that you will ever own the property until you actually do.0
