Vodafone customer service

Do I have a leg to stand on with bringing my case to the Ombudsman or any further. I have been given £20 compensation & told they can't do anymore.

They opened my account in the wrong name, as a business account instead of personal & I am paying for a prime contact that I haven't yet received (2 months in). My number can often not be found on their systems.

I have spent 20+ hours trying to get them to sort it out. They have now changed the name on my account but this is after no one would speak to me (as it wasn't in my name) for weeks, in the end this was only sorted after I tweeted them. Something along the lines of #dataprotection #mustbeillegal

After this was sorted, I have still had problems contacting Vodafone as 191 puts me through to a third party. I have been told this is down to routing problems but still not been sorted. The third party will transfer me to Vodafone, who are then unable to help as they can never seem to find my number or my account information.
They have told me incorrect information about my account & that I don't have the services that I am paying for.

As I can't get through to anyone on the phone, I have spent most of my time trying to speak to someone on their online chat. I must have spoken to around 40 people & it's still not sorted. I can still not contact Vodafone by phone.

They are becoming well known for their lack of service & I feel more people need to speak up.

Thank you for reading my story.

Should I try & take this further?
