I recieved a parking fine for taking to long to pickup a college student in May2012 but do not no which volunteer driver entered this private car park and exceeded the free time [which ive found since is 10mins but not seen this displayed] and easily used up looking for space, waiting for a driver leaving to back out, queue and enter details and cash.I do not know why driver delayed as the usual practice was if student not in site to drive out and come back shortly after, especially if no change for machine. No driver deliberately tried to evade parking charges [pointless] and even paid for tickets [but not used] as student appeared while carrying out the lenthy process of entering registration and change. These invoices were sent to a previos address but VCS not register with IPC till 29/09/2014! Advice for an old pensioner please.

Pre POFA 2012 after May.
In other words they need to know who the driver was.
Shame, as nobody will tell them

It's a scam by VCS who stupidly think that BWLegal can persue the scam. The courts are having non of this

This includes but not limited to ....

** Claims that a criminal case is the same as a Civil case.

** Using an assumption that the keeper was the driver

** The PPC not using POFA

And the Prankster states that BWLegal are incompetent and the courts confirm this.

Are BWLegal making wild and windy threats ?

If the student was registering, surely you complained to the college, to simply cancel this charge?

What sort of college is it (state sixth form?) and do you believe the land is local authority owned?
