multi-games games cartidge: gameboy advance

Options
Hi

I hope someone can help. Couple of years ago I saw (on a sunday market, Hackney) people selling 20in1 and 25in1 cartridge games for gameboy advance. They esured me that the games are full length. I didnt buy it. But I am now wondering if is true? How can you fit 20 or 30 full games in one cartridge? If it is true then why dont people but that rather tahn single games for £20 and £30 pounds each?

Please can somebody confirm whether these actually exist and works? if they do then where can i buy it online?

Thanks

better off buying a flash cartridge and downloading games for them (poss not legal tho I suspect - altho ok for 'backing up' existing purchased games) If you went down this line:

to purchase: http://www.kicktrading.ca/ the 256meg cart holds about 6 games at a time

    home page for that item:

and a google search would find u a load of sites for the games....

the multi carts you menton are usually 4 games repeated 6 times in various states..

Yeah the multi games cartidges are illegal, and totally rubbish. I had a 32 in 1 GBA cart and it was just 5 games (in black and white) repeated with different sprites, really bad sound, a total rip off.

Shops like gamestation sell 3 used game boy advance games for a tenner (unboxed). It's a much better deal since the games are legal, great quality, with colour and sound.

dunno about the gameboy, but i regularly make and buy my own XBOX and PS2 multi discs - identical in every way to the original and a fraction of the price!
  • I have a couple of these multi-carts and they are good value for money. The ones I have contain 3 full GBA games and then a load of games that are mostly GameBoy Colour games and then some emulations of arcade games. I have found that the GBA games occasionally crash and you lose sometimes saved games - that is a pain on something like Yoshis Island. For a quick game of Tetris, 1942 or GunSmoke it is fine.

I would like to get a flash-cart and fill it up with ZX Spectrum games and an emulator. I read that it is possible, but I am not sure how to go about doing this. I think you need a special lead from PC to GBA. I have loads of Spectrum SNA and Z80 files.
