EDF prepay meter
Hi all,
I am with EDF for over a year now on gas and elect, both are on prepayment meter.
I recharge my gas card and buy the elect tokens from a pay point, my gas card have been changed twice this year by EDF because "they don't have my consumption details".
yesterday i received the 3rd letter on the same issue, i rang them and got the same old story " my card need changing" i received a new card from them today, my meter is outside my front door so the meter man can have easy access to it.
Apparently the problem is only with my gas and not elect and i have not received any statements this year.
anyone experienced same problem pls???

Though the vision may not be the true future of man but it can't be completely beyond his control.
