Hi I got an email from you on 27th September saying that you (MSE) were going to sort an energy swop for me and from which I got good savings - but nothing has happened!! Can you please sort, as checking on your website today (and those of your rivals), if I arrange another swop at present rates I will get virtually no savings. Thanks UnhappyReg
