Thanks to this delightful little show I have now afforded myself today of hugging a tree, sadly i have to admit it did not compel me to wish to do the frivolous act again.0

I think shows of this style make sure that situations like this occur because of course, we lap it up. It's 'good telly'. My biggest issue with this particular game show though is the mistreatment of animals. Why is it suddenly okay to watch people eat live animals on TV?
I object to the use of the all-inclusive "we". Not all of us watch this type of time-wasting trash, so no "we" don't all lap it up.0 -

Becuase 'we' are people and have eaten animals since before we where people?
I cant imagine there is much difference with using a bolt to smash the skull of a cow than a molar crushing a cockroaches head?!
Cockroaches have feelings to you know.
Completely ignore the fact that million of people stand on or do anything in there power to destroy most types of insects. We farm on a massive scale using pesticides which poison them in a slow and painful way.
O no, you can eat it alive!?!

If it is, we clearly have vastly differing opinions about what constitutes 'good telly'.0
