Organisations or people who help with funds

Options
Are there any Organisation or people who will let you have funds to cover costs in raising money for charities?
I want to raise money for two charities by undertaking a long distance walk .I need nearly £2000 to cover the cost of my accommodation, you pay lots more for solo occupation. The cost can be fully accounted for and both are registered charities.
Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.I know it's a long shot but both charities are close to my family's heart s and would go some way to heaping come to terms with bervment .

I personally don't get these charity challenges as you have to pay so much to take part. Could you do something like a walk on your own? Set up a page on just giving or fund me and go to the press for some exposure?

Part of the Furniture 10,000 Posts I've been Money Tipped! Name Dropper
My friend walked from John o'groats to Lands End following rural roads and drover roads etc.

She was accompanied by a friend with a camper van and tent.

They cooked their own meals and camped at night or stayed overnight with people who volunteered b & b through the charity website.

All money raised went to the charities.

Money for your 'expenses' would be better sent direct to the charity.
