OK but on that one you said who was driving didn't you? So the POPLA code was then provided to you as driver.
The other one, the letters are going to the keeper (your wife) and they do not know who was driving, have I got that right? Let it stay that way. A keeper's defence has the POFA Schedule 4 behind it whereas a driver has to clutch at straws sometimes.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
