TK MAXX - Poor Service!

Options
TK Maxx online no longer collect items to be returned by disabled people. I am unable to get to a post office or have someone return my parcel to the store. I rang customer services and I was quite rudely told that it was no longer their policy to collect items. The lady I spoke to told me 'It wasn't her fault that I was disabled and so I'm stuck with an item I purchased that can't be returned.

How about booking a courier collection online? The likes of Hermes are cheap & will collect from your home.

They're not wrong. Presumably a business decision. Should they also provide collection from folk who live a long way from the post office, don't drive, are temporarily house bound?

There are lots of couriers who collect from home. Equally lots of places, eg Amazon, Next who do collect returns from home

You can arrange a home collection yourself.

I use Hermes and one I think is called 'collect plus' (just can't think of the exact name at the moment), they are reasonably priced.
Tkmaxx is far from being the only one that don't do return collections.:(
