There's a question I've never been asked before. I thought the answer was going to be no but it's not completely clear46.123 Licensed Conveyancer
Where an individual applies for a licence to be a licensed conveyancer while or after being subject to a Debt Relief Order (DRO) the Council (Council of the Law Society) may grant a licence with such conditions as it feels appropriate. These restrictions are outlined in the Administration of Justice Act 1985, section 160 -
I know several people in this position , generally its the local (police) licensing officer that interviews you (if needed)
please remember the licence runs for 10 yrs and YOU cannot revoke/hand it in , if in court for a minor (motoring) offence you have to tell the magistrate you are a lience holder , and they can and do make examples of such peopleSave a Rachael
