    A single 'thanks' does not do a post like that justice, very helpful advice thank you for taking the time to post the pictures and explain the likely implications.

    I'm glad you think so.

    But bizarrely, when I go for a walk with family and friends, some of them actually seem to find it tedious that I point out type of bricklaying bond used on all the houses we pass.

    But I don't let that deter me.
