Chimney stack on house we're buying

Hi,
We're currently in the process of buying this house, we have only purchased the lenders valuation but are starting to wonder if there are issues with the chimney stack. The previous purchasers sale fell through but we're wondering if they withdrew because of concerns over the chimney.

The chimney doesn't appear to be attached to next doors chimney and there is a gap between the two which seems odd for a terrace.
The neighbours chimney also seems to be slightly off the straight.
Would appreciate any advice from someone in the building trade?
Thanks

I would think that they withdrew because of concerns over the roof as well as the chimney stack.0

If it is a terrace, are all the others in the line of properties built in the same fashion?0
