Hi, for hallway and landing walls, any advice on what finish to choose from Eggshell or matt. Am looking at dulux diamond range .

As long as the paint is wipeable, it's a matter of taste. Valspar do a premium matt that is scrubbable too. We have Little Greene Intelligent Matt in our hallway - most marks wipe off easily though it won't take serious scrubbing. Get paint that touches up well would be my advice, you're bound to get some kind of mark that won't rub off or some other cosmetic damage in a hallway.0

Thanks.
Bump in case anyone else can offer any other advise.0 -
Eggshell is normally used on woodwork rather than walls.
There are various durable/scrub able matts available but I haven't used any of them myself.
An alternative is silk emulsion, which is very hard wearing and cleanable, but it doesn't have the flat matt finish.0
