No sound from my monitor speakers when playing music vids-HELP!

Soz-you'll all be sick of me (!). Have a windows 7 computer downstairs. Lots of RAM \& memory. It plays the annoying 'windows start up sound' (so speakers work in monitor-no other ones fitted)-but NO sound on playing back you tube pop vids, etc.....any ideas? Sure it's something simple. Sorry to mither you (again!).

There should be a speaker icon in the system tray where you can access the mixer settings. Maybe certain applications have the sound turned down...?0

And also at the bottom of the video itself - there should be a little speaker icon - check it.0

hey guys....FINALLY found the online manual for monitor (its not that new!)...simple solution-audio leed-£2-50 Argos! It SHOULD have been sent with monitor-I can't recall seeing it -or maybe I threw it away??? Anyway-works fine now-thanks again for taking the time to help me.0

probably via the internal case speaker
