Fair enough, but I don't chose a job with copyright skills.
p.s Is it real so many mistakes in my posts, except mistyping?
Your English is better than any second language of mine. But it is clear from your posts that it is not your first language.
If digital marketing involves written communication on behalf of the company then unless you are a lot more careful than on here then this could be a factor.
Although if you are getting to interview stage, your applications must be written well enough to get you that far.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Define the truth ?
How do you prove the truth ?
Just move on.
For example:
"Your speaking language is poor and it was hard to understand you" or "you speak to fast"
or
"You didn't provide enough details about your skills of promotion company page in social media"
or
"You gave very obvious and simple examples"0 -
But if there are many applicants, they simply can't provide this to everyone who is unsuccessful!

It could be also not as solid as you think. Maybe you are not leaving an impression at all and that's it.
I wasn't specifically talking about what you do as a self-employed. I was mostly talking about your specific tasks as part of that job and how they apply to the new role. So as a self-emp. person, you are doing X and this could mean you have the experience of doing it in the new role. If a new role doesn't require it, then you will find the specific experience you had.
Telling someone that they spoke too fast is not the truth. Spoke too fast according to who? It can be very subjective.
You perhaps are not able to tell why you want to move to a perm role rather than being self-employed etc.
There is very little you can do about the interview feedback but if all interviews feel good but come back as negative, you must change something in the way you express yourself.ally.0 -
Asajju, thanks for link. I have already read it and it made me to write to my last lovely interviewer to share a reason not to progress my application. Hope, she write me some details which help me.
Real reason of move from freelance to perm is lack of communication with people and, of cource, money. But, not prefer to say it on interview.
A lot of inteviews make me to think about what I am doing wrong.0 -
Are you going for permanent or temporary work? I've had lots of jobs so perm jobs are a much no-no with the greatest will in the world I'm not convincing anybody but I can get a company more interested who are looking for someone for 6 months fixed term so it's about cutting your cloth and being realistic (me a lot of jobs and you - with going from self employed which maybe perceived as a strange thing to go from and less confident you'll stick around as stability is the new in word)
Just could be unfortunate some industries are just getting a load of applications - an ex boss readvertised 2 days later they had to pull the ad down as received over 50 CV's in 48 hours. A couple of week's ago I didn't believe it but clearly that's what's happening.
The real truth rarely is pretty. Yes keep attempting to ask for feedback especially if you are being tested as part of an interview.0 -
Deleted User, thanks for the point. yes, I am looking for both - term, perm and even had interview for contractors role.0

You suppouse that someone wish to tell the truth? Just half of them write me that I am good but unfortunately, there are too many candidates... and we regret to infrom you....not to progress you application
Sometimes, want to hear smth more specific then general apologising..
Why HR and managers are afraid to tell the truth? It would be very helpfull.
Don't ask why you didn't get the job, ask for feedback.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016
Thank you Honey Bear0 -
Thank them for the interview, ask them for any pointers that would help you to improve your performance in the future.0

Daytona0 is right - OP English is poor. Even if s/he can't spell words, use a dictionary and google. Very unlikely, employer would take you on. Sorry but you have to write and speak English.0

Thanks for your point! It is better to know the truth rather than think it is OK.0
