    Egg white face pack??icon10.gif

Beat egg white til stiff with the optional ingredient of one tablespoon of honey. Leave it on for 15mins and rinse off with warm water. Follow with a splash of cold water. Half a teaspoon of lemon juice added is good for oily skin.

    Or a bit more faffy.......

You can freeze them till you find something to use them for :)

I've got a couple of pots of egg whites in the freezer waiting till I get around to making something with them!

I was going to say that... beat me to it Curry_queen. They freeze really well

Egg whites are also essential for macarons or chocolate mousse. Less waist friendly than low fat omelette though!

PS: Can anyone tell me why my quote come out looking s..... I don't get it!

Me too! I put the whites into a bag & freeze until I need them. Nigella does it so it must be right!
I've got lots of leftover whites at the minute from my new found hobby of ice cream making - mmmmmmmmmmm. Made raspberry & vanilla flavours so far, they are delish (insert rubbing tummy or licking lips smilie here).

Mostly I use the whites for baked alaska.

Yep, I freeze mine too! Today, I've been making making peppermint creams - whisk egg white lightly and beat in enough icing sugar to make a "dough", flavour with peppermint extract, roll out, cut into little rounds and leave to dry. I've finished them by dipping in melted dark chocolate :D They're also nice if you crush up a crunchie bar and mix that in before rolling out too. Yummy!
I have the mind of a criminal genius. I keep it in the freezer next to Mother....
