Memory Foam Mattress Topper (for a super king size bed) under #150

Hey all.
Can anyone guide on any really good mattress toppers out there? After one for a super king size bed, budget of up to £150.
Seen a couple today, there's one at Dunelm which really looked the part (nice and thick) for £140.00
Fell into the trap of looking online too and seeing lots of different alternatives on Ebay to, such as this one and this one
If anyone has any recent experience, would love to hear about your purchases and thoughts.
