T&C's states two DD's therefore it has to be two DD's, a SO is not the same thing.

You need two DDs that pay monthly.

Sadly SOs and DDs are not the same thing! (It would have made life a lot easier.)

British Airways passenger? Book and travel using your old Covid vouchers NOW – or lose them
If you had a British Airways (BA) flight or holiday disrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic, check if you've got an old voucher as millions of pounds' worth are still unclaimed.
