Hi all, going through a mortgage at the moment which is all going ok (touch wood).
I'm thinking of getting some Unemployment Insurance and paying monthly. Will this involve a credit agreement and if so, do you think I should wait until I've got my mortgage offer?
Or will it not matter?
Thanks if you can help!
