Can I freeze cauliflower and broccoli cheese bake. I have got way too much for one meal but the veg needs used now so I have to make it all now so can I put it in tubs and freeze it to use another day?

If the choice is between wasting it and freezing it, then definitely go with the freezing option. You might find the cheese sauce separates a bit on re-heating, but you can always stir it well and I am sure it will be fine.

Well, I can confirm that cauliflower cheese can be frozen, and it doesn't sound too different...If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0

Sorry to offend, I thought this board was to help people.Yes I can make my own but this was given to me and I asked my partner what I could make with it and he said he would like cauliflower chesse. Surely using it up is better than binning it, jus because I didn't make my own!0
