How long does it take managing agents to complete an LPE1 form

Unfortunately the seller's solicitors did not send the LPE1 form to the managing agents when requesting for the management pack. We've received the management pack but my solicitor is still requesting for the LPE1 form to be completed. I'm worried this is going to delay the exchange by weeks as we are only waiting on this. How long do you reckon this will take to complete and send it back to the seller's solicitors?
