My wife has petitioned for divorce & I have received the respondent form, I'm unsure what to put in question 6 & 7. We are divorcing ourselves & have agreed & settled the house etc.. Hoping someone could help?

Question 6 - in the event of a decree nisi being granted on the basis of two years separation coupled with respondents consent, do you intend to apply to the court for it to consider your financial position as it is willing be after the divorce?

7- even if you don't intend to defend the case do you object to paying the cost of proceedings?

I'd suggest that you set out what the questions are. d10 isn't available online to let people check the wording

  • The questions on it are self explanatory. You just fill it in and send it back to the court.
  • What are questions 6 and 7?
