Credit score query

Hi all,
Wondering if anyone can help please, we have sold our property and are currently living with family whilst we wait for our new home to be built, which completes march.
We have already had our credit search and a mortgage offer issued to us which runs out march and we have been advised not to take out any additional credit.
However, I changed my mobile contract to a better deal, my car insurance was due and we've had to have the internet installed at the family premises so in a short space of time I have had 4 searches including the mortgage (this was first) and my credit score has dropped by over 70 from good to now the top end of poor.
I have never missed a payment and are worried that this is going to effect the mortgage offer when we complete in March.
My credit utilization is good with over 50% available credit.
Does anyone have any advice on how to get this higher by march and whether it will effect the mortgage offer?
Thank you

Just ignore it. Your score will react negatively to any change and is not seen by lenders.
There's no problem with changing phones or renewing insurance.0 -
Thank you 😊
I was getting really concerned that it would screw our mortgage offer up!0 -
Have you applied for the electoral roll where you are?
I'd move all your bank accounts, driving licences etc over and make sure you are on the ER. Especially if you have utilities (broadband) linking you to that address.0 -
No we haven't as yet, all our mail is being redirected from the previous property.
The only thing linked to us at this address is it's our previous address too and the broadband.0 -
My score went from 94 to 349 in 7 months just by paying stuff on time and closing an old credit card so I think yours might go up again by march anyway.0
