Eligibility
2. Entrants must be UK residents over 18 with a valid passport, and not employees (or members of their families or households) of the Promoter or its agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Blue Air prize draw or its administration. Entrants will need Internet access.
3. Only one entry per person. Each unique e-mail address qualifies as a single entry. Duplicate entries will not be considered.
4. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.

How to enter
5. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
6. All entries must be submitted via the prize draw page on London Luton Airport’s website https://www.london-luton.co.uk by correctly answering the prize draw question and completing the online form.
7. The prize draw will run from 12:00 midday on 17th November 2016 (the "Start Date") to 23:59 on 30th November 2016 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
8. Entries received after the Closing Date or which are incomplete or incorrect will not be included in the prize draw. Entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be eligible for the prize draw.
9. The Promoter will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by it for any reason by the Closing Date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions. Proof of transmission of entry is not proof of receipt

How the winner will be selected
10. A winner will be chosen from all qualifying entries by random draw performed by a computer process.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Prize
11. There is only one prize for the winner. There are no runners-up prizes.
12. The prize is two (2) return flights between London Luton Airport and any of the 6 routes operated by Blue Air, up to 15 days complimentary Priority Parking at London Luton Airport and two (2) priority security lane passes for use on departure at London Luton Airport (all subject to availability) as further described below.
13. The prize includes return flights provided by Blue Air with one (1) piece of standard hold baggage per person. Hold baggage weight and size requirements can be found on the Blue Air website http://www.blueairweb.com/carriage-conditions/ . Up to 10kg of hand baggage may be taken into the cabin free of charge. Cabin baggage weight and size restrictions and security requirements can be found on the Blue Air website. For further information please refer to the FAQs section.
14. The flights must be booked directly with Blue Air before 15th February 2017
15. Flights are subject to availability and not available between 15.12.2016 – 15.01.2017; 08-23.04.2017; 01.07-15.09.2017 (this list is not exhaustive and is subject to availability).
16. The prize includes the cost of parking for the chosen period only. Any overstays will be charged at the usual day rate. No cash payments will be made for understays.
17. The flights, car parking and priority security lane passes must be booked within thirty (30) days of the winner being notified by the Promoter.
18. The prize does not include travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports, food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
19. The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they and any person travelling with them are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for the trip in question between the dates specified.
20. Each element of the prize (flights, car parking and priority security lane passes, etc.) is strictly subject to availability and booking terms. Availability cannot be guaranteed on any particular dates, and there is no availability during school holidays.
Winner notification
23. The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) by 17:00 on Monday 5th December 2016 together with details of how to redeem the prize.
