Partnership Card - what were they thinking?

I have just received my 1st new format partnership card statement - what a mess.
Nowhere on it does it state that my payment will be in full by direct debit and I have to assume that the DD date will be the same as the due date. My direct debit is not mentioned at all.
The dots they have used for shading make every other line of the transactions pretty difficult to read too
After 25 mins in the phone queue I did manage to get confirmation that my DD is still in place to pay in full. He also said that the statement is being redesigned (again) due to poor customer feedback on the new one. Go figure - it is awful.
