Hi
To cut a long story short, we received a PCN from Fistral Beach parking as we did not pay for a ticket. The reason we didn't pay for the ticket is because we didn't park! - We literally drove in, looked for a disabled parking bay (as we are blue badge holders) couldn't find any drove round the car park and out all in all we were just over 10 minutes

That said I have followed the advice here and I have done everything to the letter as outlined in your sticky for newbies.

I sent my appeal template and a little note making sure that I was not implicating myself explaining the situation however, I have not heard from them and it's been 2 weeks now?- Any advice on how to proceed?

I have taken screenshots to prove I sent the appeal online at the given date.

Many thanks

Don't make any further contact with them till you get a reply. (2 weeks is too soon to read anything into it!)

Thank you for your reply. How long do you suggest I leave it until asking on here again?

I've had a ticket from this site as it was busy and I couldnt find a space. The ticket got cancelled after sending in the template letter plus my circumstances.

Mine was about 3 to 4 weeks.

They have 35 days to respond.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
