Hi Guys,
I posted previously about these guys and i was told i can ignore until i actually get some official court letters. This came through today, its starting to really get to me, borderline harassment, is there a complaint i can put it which could make this disappear?? Do i just pay it?? it looks like they won't stop and I'm probably going to receive a court order soon owing them more money. Any help guys?

Typical incredibly misleading, designed-to-scare, threatogram.
They've bulked up the costs - which they are barred from doing.
They've threatened (obliquely) a CCJ - which will only happen if they take you to court, win, and you subsequently fail to pay.
The most you'll pay even if you lose is the original amount (£100 probably - most have upped to this level after Beavis), plus a nominal court fee of either £25 or £50 (don't recall which is the right number). So either way you'll be paying less than they are currently demanding.0
