Hi can anyone help me please.... I have a claim to make for mis sold PPI, labelled as "Creditcare" back in 1995 with NWS Bank plc. I have looked on the internet and can see that they have been sold previously to Lloyds and possible Bank of Scotland. Does anyone know the correct address for them so that I can send off my claim please? Thanks you in advance

Twenty-one years on I doubt there will be any records of this finance even if you were to find out exactly who has taken over responsibility.
Do you have comprehensive documentation detailing this "Creditcare" and the exact amounts you paid? If not, I can't see you getting far with this even if you have a robust mis-selling complaint.0 -

NWS = North West Securities. They were based in Chester, I think.
It now appears to be known as Capital 1945 Ltd. It is a subsidiary of Bank of Scotland, ultimate owner Lloyds. It is a dormant company and hasn't traded for years. Apparently under the HBOS Group Reorganisation Act 2006, everything went to BoS on the 17th September 2007.

I suspect therefore you need to speak to BoS
