    when I switched they sent me a list of DD/SO that had been moved over and asked to contact them if there was any issues. If they did that and it was listed as 'suspended' when it shouldn't have been then you kind of have no argument. If the bank failed to switch the direct debit they may give you a gesture of good will payment but im 99.9% sure they will say its your responsibility to re check these things but please do prove me wrong! Good luck!:)

  • OP don't worry!

    Once you do check your statements you will find that the money which did not find its way to the credit card still in your account.

    All you need to do is pass it over to the credit card company or the company collecting the debt.


    The money is still in your current account is it not???
